PHASE 1: Learning Architecture (Points 1 to 5)
1.Learning outcomes are defined per module using action verbs (Bloom's Taxonomy).
2.Target learner profile and prerequisites are clearly documented.
3.Module sequence follows a logical learning progression.
4.Content is chunked into 5 to 15 minute learning units.
5.A course blueprint is approved before development begins.
PHASE 2: Content and Engagement (Points 6 to 10)
6.Each module opens with a hook or problem that creates learning motivation.
7.Content uses real-world scenarios, not just abstract information.
8.At least one interactive element exists per content screen (not just click-to-advance).
9.Narration and on-screen text are not identical (Mayer's Redundancy Principle).
10.Each module ends with a summary and a clear next-step prompt.
