These Terms of Service govern your use of eLearning Design Solutions, a service provided by WyzLab Solutions OPC, a corporation registered in the Philippines (Unit 1015, 10F Parkway Corporate Center, Corporate Ave., Filinvest, Alabang, Muntinlupa). By requesting, purchasing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

eLearning Design Solutions provides professional eLearning design and development services, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to scope agreement, availability, and payment confirmation. Final deliverables are defined in the project proposal or statement of work provided prior to engagement.
All engagements begin with a free 30-minute consultation to scope the project. No work begins until both parties have agreed on the scope, timeline, and pricing in writing.
A written proposal or statement of work is issued for every project. Your acceptance of the proposal, confirmed via email or payment of the initial deposit, constitutes agreement to these terms and the project scope.
Work begins after the initial deposit is received and confirmed. Projects are scheduled in the order deposits are received.
Standard payment schedule for all projects:
For retainer services, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and credit card. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. International wire transfer fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
Projects will be paused if payment milestones are not met within 7 days of the agreed schedule. Continued delays beyond 14 days may result in project cancellation without refund of the initial deposit.
Every project includes two full revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions must be submitted within 14 days of draft delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be treated as new scope.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $45 USD per hour. Revision requests that change the original scope, learning objectives, or content structure may also be subject to additional fees at the same rate.
To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines. We are not liable for deadline misses caused by late provision of content, feedback, or access.
All source content, subject matter expertise, and proprietary materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the final deliverables (SCORM packages and source files) transfers to the client. Source files are provided as specified in the project proposal.
We reserve the right to include the project in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement. Client-identifiable information will not be shared without explicit written consent.
Our proprietary instructional frameworks, templates, and design systems remain the intellectual property of WyzLab Solutions OPC. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables, not the underlying frameworks.
We treat all client information, content, and business details as confidential. We will not share your materials, course content, or business information with third parties without your written consent. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or learner outcomes.
We do not guarantee specific learner completion rates, assessment scores, or business outcomes as these depend on factors outside our control including content quality, platform performance, and learner engagement.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. In the event of client termination, fees for work completed to the point of termination are non-refundable. The initial deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or dishonest conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
